Imogen is the founder of Frame Finance and leads the team with a strategic yet people-first approach to lending. With a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and full membership with the MFAA, she brings both expertise and genuine care to every client.

She specialises in helping clients with complex lending needs and takes pride in providing clarity and confidence, whether it’s buying a first home, upsizing into a dream home, building wealth through property, or navigating a major life change.

For Imogen, broking is about more than numbers, it’s about building long-term relationships. She’s committed to being a trusted partner on her clients’ financial journey, celebrating the wins, solving the challenges, and supporting them every step of the way.

Emma Court

Associate Broker

Emma Court joins Frame Finance as an Associate Broker, bringing over 12 years of experience across the financial services sector. Her career includes positions as a Personal Banker, Operations Manager, and People Leader, giving her a broad foundation in client engagement, operational excellence, and team leadership. Emma holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and is currently completing her Diploma, reflecting her commitment to ongoing professional development and technical expertise in the industry.

Her approach is centred on delivering tailored solutions and providing a consistently high level of client support. Emma is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial objectives and values the opportunity to play a role in their journey. Prior to joining Frame Finance, Emma successfully founded and operated a virtual assistant agency supporting mortgage brokers and professional service firms. This experience sharpened her operational knowledge of the broking process and strengthened her skills in managing detail-driven, client-focused work.

Alicia is a Mortgage Broker at Frame Finance, bringing over five years of hands-on experience across the finance industry. Having worked in roles such as Loan Processor and Parabroker before becoming a Broker, Alicia has developed a deep understanding of the entire lending journey, giving her clients confidence that every detail is being looked after from start to finish.Alicia holds both a Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and providing expert, well-informed guidance.

She specialises in helping first home buyers take their first confident steps into the property market, as well as supporting first-time investors looking to build wealth through smart lending strategies. Known for her calm and approachable nature, Alicia takes pride in simplifying what can often feel like a complex process. She’s passionate about helping clients find lending solutions that not only meet their needs today but also set them up for long-term success.

Outside of work, Alicia is an avid reader and self-confessed foodie who loves exploring new restaurants and recipes. She enjoys spending her downtime with her fiancé and their dogs, often planning the next weekend adventure or cosy night in.
