Imogen is the founder of Frame Finance and leads the team with a strategic yet people-first approach to lending. With a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and full membership with the MFAA, she brings both expertise and genuine care to every client.

She specialises in helping clients with complex lending needs and takes pride in providing clarity and confidence, whether it’s buying a first home, upsizing into a dream home, building wealth through property, or navigating a major life change.

For Imogen, broking is about more than numbers, it’s about building long-term relationships. She’s committed to being a trusted partner on her clients’ financial journey, celebrating the wins, solving the challenges, and supporting them every step of the way.

Emma Court

Credit Analyst

Emma Court joins Frame Finance as a Credit Analyst, bringing over 12 years of experience across the financial services sector. Her career includes positions as a Personal Banker, Operations Manager, and People Leader, giving her a broad foundation in client engagement, operational excellence, and team leadership. Emma holds a Certificate IV & Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

Emma's approach is centred on delivering a consistently high level of support and ensuring every detail is taken care of throughout the lending process. She is passionate about the role she plays in helping Frame's clients move forward on their financial journey. Prior to joining Frame Finance, Emma successfully founded and operated a virtual assistant agency supporting mortgage brokers and professional service firms, an experience that sharpened her operational knowledge of the broking process and strengthened her skills in managing detail-driven, client-focused work.

Outside of her professional commitments, Emma enjoys an active lifestyle and values time with her family.

Alicia is a Credit Analyst at Frame Finance, bringing over five years of hands-on experience across the finance industry. With a deep understanding of the entire lending journey, Alicia plays a key role in ensuring every detail is looked after, giving Frame's clients confidence throughout the process.

Alicia holds both a Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, reflecting her commitment to professional development and staying well-informed across all things lending.

She has a particular passion for supporting first home buyers and first-time investors, and thrives in a role where she can help simplify what can often feel like a complex and overwhelming process. Alicia is known for her calm, approachable manner and her dedication to making sure every client experience at Frame is a smooth one.

Outside of work, Alicia is an avid reader and self-confessed foodie who loves exploring new restaurants and recipes. She enjoys spending her downtime with her fiancé and their dogs, often planning the next weekend adventure or cosy night in.
